We are seeking a **Cook** Location: **Cardinal View Senior Living ** **Tribeca Drive Middleton, WI 53562** Schedule: **Monday Friday with Weekend Rotation**

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.

* Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes and utensils.

* Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience in an Assisted Living community is preferred.
