What you'll do

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This will involve delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Specific duties for this nursing health care position include:

  • The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and performance of nursing activities in his/her assigned section/unit during a designated shift.
  • In the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator, a Registered Nurse on some shifts is responsible for facility operations.

We are looking for Registered Nurses who combine strong clinical skills with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and a high degree of patient satisfaction. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population.

Specific qualifications for this RN role include:

  • Has an active, in good standing, Indiana license as a Registered Nurse and graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills.
  • One-year professional nursing experience providing direct care to residents in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or a geriatric setting.
