Title: Vocational Associate
Worksite: Warren Industries
County: Warren
Hours Status: Part-Time (Mon – Fri - between 7:00am and 3:00pm)
Pay Rate: $12.00 hourly

Brief Job Description: LifeSkills Industries is seeking a flexible, energetic, person to provide vocational supports to people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist participants to learn new skills and pursue person-centered outcomes.
• Serve as a teacher, mentor, and role model.
• Support participants to exercise choice and self-determination, develop meaningful roles and relationships, and participate in community life.
• Other duties include, but are not limited to, communicating job setup/work instructions, assisting with vocational training, completing daily and monthly progress notes for individuals served, conducting pick up/deliveries of product (may involve utilization of the forklift and agency vehicles) and recording accurate job data/production counts information on time cards.

Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma/GED
