Position Overview:
The Garden Design/Enhancement Specialist combines artistry and creativity with the business aspects of sales and estimating by preparing landscape designs, proposals for new and current clients specializing in enhancements or garden updates to the landscape.
Compensation: $58,000-$70,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates the ability to achieve the required annual design/enhancements projects sales goal
Works with new and existing clients to develop needed enhancement ideas that will elevate and enrich their current landscape
Oversees projects with the ability to plan, organize, execute, and track multiple projects
Prepare detailed landscape plans from concept to a final design. Incorporated elements may include but are not limited to irrigation, planting, low-voltage lighting, demolition, and hardscape.
Designs seasonal color for containers (Spring, Summer, Fall), Holiday greens, Holiday lighting.
Meet Foremen on site on a regular basis to approve layout, plant placement and ensure design intent is being met; also provide feedback and mentor on proper techniques, problem solving, and ways to be more efficient.
Source specialty plants or materials when needed and work with specialty trades or subcontractors as needed; arborist, fencing contractors etc
Qualifications:
Horticultural knowledge, plant identification, landscape best practices (Required)
Landscape/horticulture degree (Required)
Valid drivers license with approval from fleet insurance carrier (Required)
Proficient in use of technology; design software, Microsoft Office Suite, and company estimation software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
