*JOB SUMMARY*

The Administrative Director - Nursing Operations assists the CNO in executive level management of resources, strategic planning and development of policies and procedures congruent with best practices as well as the mission and vision of STRHS. The Administrative Director - Nursing Operations has operational and functional responsibility for patient care areas as defined on the organizational chart.

*Minimum Education*

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or pursuing

Master's degree in Nursing or related field (MBA) required or pursuing

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA - at employment or within 6 months of hire

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

EMR experience/knowledge.
