We are currently searching for a Remote Patient Care Specialist.
The Remote Patient Care Specialist works to enhance patient satisfaction and clinician efficiency through a collaborative approach to patient care. Position is 100% remote and supports the local care team by conducting pre-visit planning and patient care support to ensure all needed information is available at the patient’s appointment. Care opportunities are identified, and patient outreach and scheduling conducted when needed.

Pay Range: $17 – 20/hour The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
