We are looking for an independent Estate Planning lawyer to join our small firm (for full-time or flexible part-time positions). At LifePlan Legal, AZ, we focus primarily on Estate Planning (85%) with some uncontested probate and guardianship (15%). We are not a litigation law firm and do not engage in contested matters. We pride ourselves on happy clients who want to come back annually and refer their friends. In this position, you will work directly with the clients to design their estate documents, answer their questions, help them understand their plan, and finally sign/execute the plan.
