PURPOSE OF JOB : Responsible for managing all activities in relation to training, value analysis and customer support of all products/services offered by the Company within a defined geography or designated accounts.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
• Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
• Collaborates with CTM’s within each territory
• Participates in negotiations with key accounts
• Forecasts sales, monitors economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
• Has responsibility for some service activities
• Collaborates internally with the team to continually strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and by participating in professional societies
• Meets or exceeds set expectations
• Travel up to 60%

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : BA in business (or related discipline)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : A minimum of 5 years of related experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS : Current knowledge of products/services, industry, customers and competition. Management experience and interpersonal skills are important.
