Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday-Friday;8:15AM-5PM, Travel up to 30%. May require On-call availability.

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:

As the Associate Product Manager, you would develop market/product strategies and tactics, as well as interfacing with commercial partners to drive regulatory approval and implementation. Responsible for providing field support, product development support, and engaging in customer events.

What you’ll do:

  • Implements tactical, strategic and annual marketingplans to include short term, mid-term, and long-term goals and objectives for the respective product. This includes situational analysis of the market and products, revenue forecasts, competitive analysis, and identification of key opportunities and threats. Evaluate the product-marketing plan and make recommendations to ensure compatibility with LifeNet Health’s mission.
  • Provides ongoing support and collaborates with representatives of LifeNet Health, key opinion leaders, and Alliance partners regarding product material development, issues of product performance, and product quality improvement. Provide support to end users, field representatives, and client services staff by providing presentations focused on increasing product knowledge and clinical application/operational training.
  • Develops and implements key marketing collateral materials, clinical education programs, and other marketing activities using PowerPoint and other multi-media tools to help support the branding of the product line with our customer and partners. This may involve collaboration with external resources including alliance partners and/or medical professionals.
  • Works closely with R&D teams to support new product development and launch efforts; this includes validating new product design, functionality and clinical applications with customers as well as implementing marketing and sales plans. Provide support and corrective action plans to maintain corporate objectives.
  • Attends activities associated with the coordination of tradeshow and professional society meetings pertaining to the respective product. May require hands-on activity within an operating room setting.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with “key opinion leaders” in the surgical community relative to the product to aid in new product development and positioning of current product lines.
  • Implements pricing and product offering strategies based on customer needs and processing feasibility.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the resolution of challenges and roadblocks.

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years work experience within medical field and/or marketing

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited college/university
  • AATB-CTBS – Certified Tissue Bank Specialist
  • 1-year Medical Sales or Marketing Experience

  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Operating room procedurespreferred
