**About the role**
We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at client account, the resource leads multi disciplinary programs and projects with numerous multi-functional teams. Resource reviews requirements with internal partners, compile data, and support senior product area PMs in developing cases for approval through the project lifecycle.
As a TPM with MEP Infrastructure design experience, the Resource will support program-wide initiatives led by program leaders in the area of physical network infrastructure, and provide program level support for all teams related to specifically assigned data center MEP infrastructure design requirements. Resource will review technical designs from multiple stakeholders to consider implementing within our clients data center portfolio.
**What youll do**
Drive routine project meetings (kickoffs, weekly program, status review), project resources, and lead multiple concurrent projects to completion per chartered target dates, take meeting minutes and distribute
Leads project teams composed of R&D, Engineers, Operations, Quality and Safety.
Assist with the improvement of documentation related to process, MOPs, schedule templates, reports, and communication plans
Assist with cost analysis for programs that require value engineering
Supports Business Reviews and any preliminary or interim reviews related to the project through the reporting Technical Program Manage
**What youll need**
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10 years of industry construction methods and techniques.
Preferred: Master's Degree and Professional Engineer (PE) license.

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this Technical Program Manager position is $180,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this Technical Program Manager position is $220,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
