Overview:
We are seeking a Commission Processor to join our team at LifeMark Securities Corp. We are a national broker/dealer and SEC-registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Rochester, New York. After completing a few weeks of training, the position will be hybrid: two days at the office and three days remote.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities: This position plays a critical role in ensuring our sales representatives are compensated accurately and on time.
- Input commission-related data into our back-office software accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of commission calculations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Work closely with our operations team to obtain necessary documentation for commission processing.
- Reach out to fund companies via phone and email to request commission data.
- Assist in our year-end financial audit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
