Lifeline Clinical Laboratory in Tujunga, CA, is seeking a dedicated full-time laboratory assistant to join our team.

Position : Laboratory Assistant, Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Pay Range : $25-$30 hourly

Location : Tujunga, CA

Basic Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one (1) year laboratory experience

Summary of Job Description :

Conducts pre-analytical and post-analytical phases of laboratory testing with minimal supervision.

Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper handling.

Stores and retrieves specimens as needed.

Operates, monitors, and maintains laboratory equipment according to manufacturer and laboratory standards

Monitors supply and reagents and collaborates with the management team to support the day-to-day operations.

Troubleshoots laboratory instruments as necessary.

Displays competency and proficiency of fundamental clinical laboratory procedures.

Instructs and trains new employees.

Works in a professional and cooperative manner.

Complies with all laboratory safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and standards.
