LifeGift is currently seeking a Donation Clinical Specialist (12 Hour Night Shift).
LifeGift is currently seeking an outstanding candidate with experience as a Respiratory Therapist, Nurse, Paramedic, or International Medical Graduate. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience (minimum of 2 years preferred).
The Donation Clinical Specialist (DCS) is responsible for coordination of the organ and tissue donation process and activities associated with the recovery and utilization of organs for transplantation. This includes responding to referrals of potential organ and tissue donors, evaluation for organ and tissue donation, medical management of organ donors, allocation of organs, and assistance in the recovery and preservation of organs for transplantation.
12 Hour Shifts - Night Shift
LifeGift provides a structured onboarding program to help new team members understand donation and LifeGift’s mission.
Training includes a variety of in person, classroom, and self-paced online courses to ensure each team member is well prepared to succeed in their role. After orientation, continued support and resources are provided to ensure a culture of safety and process improvement.
