LifeGift is currently seeking bilingual candidates for this full-time position who are emotionally strong, mature, genuine, empathetic and mission driven. Compassionate about working with families at the time of their loved one’s death. Desire to be an advocate with the end-of-life decisions for organ and tissue donation. Must be able to walk into extremely challenging and uncomfortable situations and be motivated to confidently discuss organ and tissue donation with families at their most devastating time of loss.

  • Ability to monitor and improve one’s own performance

Do you have the education and experience that equips you to be a Family Care Specialist?

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or applied science; or allied health work experience required
  • Certification or license in nursing, social work or grief counseling preferred
  • Experience and/or training in a healthcare setting working with families suffering loss/grief preferred
  • Additional Languages a plus
