LifeFormations is a leading Designer and Fabricator for Figure and Scenic Elements for Theme Parks, Exhibits, and Visitor Centers world wide.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can move quickly & efficiently from one task to another, who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team while being confident in taking on detailed work. Must have knowledge of fiberglass fabrication as well as strong production process problem-solving skills. An ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of silicone, RTV rubber, mold making, casting in both fiberglass and urethane, and experience in surface treatment of cast parts, body fillers, and surface treatments.

• 3 years experience in silicone mold making of all styles and types of/or plastics fabrication of tooling/mould making
• Strong Portfolio
• Strong ability to lead a team 
• Dependable.

• References that speak to your craft, accountability, and, efficiency.
• A valid driver's license.
• This position is full-time. Extended hours may be required on a project-by-project basis.
• Flexibility in schedule to allow for extended hours if needed on a project-by-project basis.

• Maintaining a safe work/studio environment.
• Working with process leads and creating quality molds and castings.
• Ability to solve mold-making process challenges.
• Strong Skills in the understanding of draft and seamless parting lines involved in mould making.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality finished parts.
• Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the day.
• Document your process in applicable Quality Assurance Documents.
• Self-accountability of performance and for the cleanliness of the space you occupy.
