LifeDOC is a rapidly growing, award-winning (COHSEC and NCQA) outpatient, multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers looking to add a Medical Director, who will also serve as Lead Physician by ensuring the daily delivery of patient care and directly providing patient care for up to 70% of their time. This role would be primarily responsible for delivering patient care and supervising the delivery of quality care among the practitioners.
