LifeChurch Learning Center is Hiring a Daycare Floater Teacher Near Birmingham, AL

We are looking to hire a Floater Teacher. The hours available (depending on your need) are Monday-Friday, 9 - 6 pm.

The Floater is responsible for:

Room coverage at lunch and other times when necessary.
Maintain classroom control, management, and sanitation.
Provide a normal routine by maintaining daily schedule adherence.
It is necessary to be familiar with all the teachers and all of the children.
Must be aware of the needs of each classroom.
A floater will be called upon to substitute in a class when that teacher is absent.

Floater Qualifications are:

Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations.
Ability to pass a background check.
Obtain a Tuberculosis test.
Reliable transportation to the Child Care center.
Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff members.
A floater needs to be flexible and willing to work anywhere.
