Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Patient Financial Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing our health system's business office operations.
- This position is responsible for leading the different functional areas within the PFS department, overseeing billing processes, timely and accurate follow up steps and implementing policies and procedures to optimize our performance and staff productivity and quality expectations.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, pays close attention to detail, and has a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- 3-5 years of supervisory and revenue cycle experience
