JOB SUMMARY:
  • The Program Monitor performs a variety of activities related to the compliance, evaluation, and monitoring of a comprehensive set of client service programs.
  • This position ensures program compliance with grant deliverables, legal requirements, and intended programmatic activities and outcomes.
  • The Program Monitor provides support for data collection, analysis, and reporting for all grants received and ensures the efficient and effective operation of programming.
  • In addition, this position plans, coordinates, implements, and manages all activities related to the development and implementation of other specific projects and all related requirements and deliverables.
  • This position reports to the Manager of Program Development and Evaluation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated program monitoring or project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects, overseeing deliverables, communicating with and working within multiple teams, developing timelines and meeting deadlines
