LifeBridge Health is Hiring a Medical Editor / Scientific Writer - (Baltimore, MD) Near Baltimore, MD

*** Position is located at 2401 W. Belvedere Blvd., in Baltimore, Maryland ***

JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, plans editorial activities, prepares material for publication, and writes and edits a variety of medical publications and other materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Oversees the progress of the Publishing Department projects.
Edits and proofs material submitted for publication, printing, or presentation.
Writes content for educational and promotional projects, and rewrites content for clarification/understanding.
Facilitates annual RIAO, CME-accredited conferences and physician requests.
Teaches Provides professional guidance and quality control to fellows and colleagues.
BLDC Plan and implement the annual Baltimore Limb Deformity Course with the team.

REQUIREMENTS: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Education Discipline: MA or MS preferred. Experience: 3-5 years.
