Position Summary

The Facility Operations NCO and Club Engagement Specialist executes and supports all aspects of the Facility Operations New Club Opening process, and supports open and struggling clubs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provides support for entire NCO process from conception through 90 days post Grand Opening
• Assists struggling or open clubs for facility operations
• Provides design and construction consultation for new and existing club remodels and CapEx through completion
• Executes NCO SOP for each of the different club models to expedite setup of the club
• Holds T-minus weekly support and training calls with Facility Operations Leader
• Assists in identifying the recruiting needs, schedule optimization and coordinating of training for front line team members
• Assist in the delivery, inventory and setup of supplies and ensure equipment and space is fully operational, leading the Operations team in preparation of VIP and post Grand Opening support
• Provides general support with all systems and process
• Responsible to deliver NSS goals
• Recommends process improvements to maximize efficiency, increase CM and control expenses

Minimum Required Qualifications

• New Club Opening experience
• Facility Operations Industry Knowledge
• Travel 75% of the time
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to learn & move quickly in an ambiguous environment.

Education:

• 4-Year College Degree or equivalent experience

Years of Experience:

• Operations Manager experience 3 years
