Position Summary

The Admissions Associate will leverage their passion for learning and experience to motivate individuals to move from thinking about learning a new skill to actually enrolling in one of Life Time Academy’s industry-leading, innovative and state-licensed programs, including: Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Indoor Cycle. The Admissions Associate sets the stage for the retention of career-oriented students and sets them on a path of long-term success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective students and conduct information sessions
• Responds to inquiries from prospective students and parents and implement student outreach initiatives
• Mentors students from the application process through enrollment
• Manages and updates prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation
• Supports student retention initiatives by providing regular, accurate, and timely communication for feedback ​

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years experience consultative sales or customer service using interpersonal skills and ethical approach
• Experience working with individuals representing multiple stages of life and divers backgrounds/experiences
• Enthusiasm and passion for education, fitness, learning and empowering others to succeed
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently independently and part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate professionally​

​ Preferred Requirements

• Experience in a fitness or health and wellness industry
• Experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, or Indoor Cycle.
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience in higher education admissions
