Life-Science Innovations Shared Services is seeking a BilingualHR Administrative Coordinator. The Bilingual HR Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and assisting with electronic document and file management activities, data entry tasks, regulatory tracking duties, and special project assistance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. The Organization:Life-Science Innovations is the Shared Services partner that provide services in the areas of HR, IT, Finance and Administrative duties to a group of companies involved in various niches of the turkey industry. Our Purpose is to Share Smarter, Serve Better by providing tailored professional shared services, partnering with our customers to become an extension of their team. This position is located onsite in Willmar, MN on the beautiful MinnWest Technology Campus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Utilizes critical thinking skills to ensure data entry within systems is handled timely and accurately
Handles general office administrative support, including ordering supplies and receiving and distributing office mail
Coordinate and assist with planning company and department events
Assists with special projects and other general administrative support
Responsible for employee filing system
Serves as the primary gatekeeper/owner of the HR email inbox; ensures HR and payroll service levels are being met.
Positively represents the organization by welcoming employees, applicants, and vendors with enthusiasm as an initial point of contact for the organization. This routinely includes, but is not limited to, answering the general phone line, routing calls appropriately, and greeting visitors
Ensures information is conveyed and/or translated in an accurate, professional, understandable, and relatable manner to various parties
Partners with Human Resources team to assist with new employee orientations and interviews
Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist to schedule and prepare for interviews
Plays an active role in the system enrollment of new hire benefits, plus benefit election changes through qualifying events
Supports Open Enrollment efforts as needed.
The Ideal Candidate We Are Seeking:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
2 or more years of administrative experience in a corporate office setting
Good time management of multiple details and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic to intermediate working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
Strict adherence with maintaining confidentiality
Extreme attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
