Duties:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive adult education courses using a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
- Create and update course curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of adult learners.
- Utilize learning management systems, such as Blackboard, to manage course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Write instructional materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.
- Use Adobe Captivate or similar software to develop multimedia content for online courses.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and activities to promote student engagement and learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, providing timely feedback on assignments and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and coaches to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
- Manage projects related to course development, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with SCORM standards for e-learning content development.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of adult education principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems, such as Blackboard.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent writing skills for creating instructional materials.
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate or similar software for multimedia content development.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students and facilitate classroom discussions.
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage resources.
- Knowledge of SCORM standards for e-learning content development.
