Tasks:

• Work consistently with 100% Travel (varied)
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have a professional demeanor/appearance 
• Travel overnight for up to 10-14 days out of town
• Room with another technician while out of town - 2 per room 
• Comfortable with tight spaces and heights
• Have availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends.
• Responsible and involved throughout the project as assigned
• Maintain timely communication - electronically/written and verbally

As a Crew Lead He/She will provide:

• Supervision, team leadership and direction to team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and tactical aspects of multiple projects as a Lead.
• Coordinate with team and others involved with the project
• Attend scheduled onsite meetings and job training
• Ensure risks and problems are identified and prevent them
