Supervise firestop technicians responsible for Inspecting firewalls and installing firestop material per NFPA code
Assigns tasks to firestop technicians
Performs quality checks on work performed
Makes sure project remains on time
Develop work schedules for firestop technicians
Communicate progress on projects to Project Manager
Serves as a liaison between firestop technicians and the Project Manager and supervisors
Ensures project is adequately staffed, including helping to interview candidates for positions
Make sure the project is staying on or budget.
Maintain professional, timely, communication with customers
May resolve disputes between firestop technician
