Description
The Scheduling Associate, reporting to the Scheduling Manager, is responsible for the homecare scheduling process which includes coordinating, revising, and entering care visits and scheduling staff in an efficient manner in order to meet the needs of our Participants. The Scheduling Associate will coordinate the use of LIFE Pittsburgh Staff to ensure consistent quality of services for internal staffing needs. Will be responsible for the collection, management, and reporting of Participant scheduling information as directed by the Clinical Community Care Manager.
Requirements
Must have High School Diploma or GED, must be willing to take rotating weekend on call responsibilities, will have excellent organization skills and have great attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Excel and/or scheduling software. 1-2 years relevant experience required or working knowledge of homecare duties and/or staff/patient scheduling of homecare duties.
