What you'll do :
As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support the growth of our organization through business partnerships in a highly collaborative environment.
Our Talent Acquisition team is flexible, changing with the needs of the business while making time to have fun and support one another.
Fostering relationships with hiring managers
Using your impeccable recruiting skills to effectively source, screen, and qualify candidates at every level of the hiring process for skill, behavioral and, and cultural fit.
Use your competitive edge to not only meet but exceed service level agreements by providing top talent to hiring managers.
Delivering great overall experience by managing candidate and hiring manager’s expectations to ensure a consistent, positive recruiting process.
What you’ll need to be successful :
A strong sense of urgency and passion for delivering a great experience for both the candidate and hiring managers.
Someone who sets a standard of excellence for themselves in everything they do.
Flexibility and adaptability
Highly perceptive, resourceful, and thoughtful
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organization skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment.
Experience working with systems such as JazzHr, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms to find and recruit top talent will be beneficial to help you hit the ground running!
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
