Pay Range: $15.87 hourly
Brief Job Description:
Assist eligible clients by increasing their access to the disability income benefit programs administered by the Social Security Administration. Provide community outreach and case management services to clients who are at risk for homelessness or who are currently experiencing literal homelessness. Ensure data and program compliance with all state and federal grant guidelines.
Qualifications:

• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or Sociology.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, efficient organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks independently.
• Some travel is required in the LifeSkills, Inc. ten county service area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
