Life Fountian is a bilingual home healthcare agency located in St. Paul, MN currently seeking individuals with a passion for helping the vulnerable who want to have a positive impact on the daily lives of our person served.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This male person served lives at home with family. The person served uses wheelchair for mobility. The person served will need full hands-on dressing assistance, hygiene assistance and other activities of daily living.

Role Specifics:

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Rate of Pay: $15-16/HR PCA Services

Shift: Monday-Wednesday 5PM-11PM

Night Supervision $17-$18

Monday-Thursday 11:30PM-5:30AM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred, not required)
• Driver's License, car insurance, reliable vehicle for work purposes
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of the state and county
• Lifting/transferring requirements vary based on assigned caseload. Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer individuals as needed
• May be exposed to animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, pet rodents, birds or pet reptiles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
