Responsibilities Include:

The Successful Candidate will be able to do the following-

• Reviewing claim status of Anthem, United Health Care, Buckeye, Molina and other insurance companies via phone or online
• Resolving claim issues and re-submitting claims when necessary
• Investigation of claim denials
• Assisting patients and insurance companies regarding problem resolution and corrections of claims.

Skills & Knowledge:

The successful applicant will have...

• Working knowledge of payers such as Anthem, United Health Care, Buckeye, and Molina, etc.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, strong communication skills
• Knowledge of medical billing terminology required
• Knowledge of appeals is a plus!
• Maintain client and patient confidentiality at all times
