We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Group Coach to join our team at Life Fit Gym. The Group Coach will lead strength and conditioning sessions for groups of up to 24 individuals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals

Responsibilities:

• Lead group strength and conditioning sessions for up to 24 individuals.
• Develop and implement effective workout plans suitable for various fitness levels and goals.
• Provide individualized attention to ensure proper form and technique.
• Motivate and inspire clients to push themselves during workouts.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment among participants.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions.
• Communicate with gym management regarding class scheduling and participant feedback.
• Check in on the progress of members, tracking their fitness stats and attendance.
• Maintain accurate records of member attendance and progress.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor with a specialization in strength and conditioning (e.g., CSCS, NASM-CPT, ACE-GFI).
• Previous experience leading group fitness classes or coaching small groups in a gym setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• CPR/AED certification (preferred).
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
