This position serves as the department research specialist on customer product inquiries and concerns. Serves as liaison with contract manufacturers for technical information requests, researches and supports foreign product registration needs and reviews internal QA documents for consistency and accuracy.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assists QA members with various tasks involving RFQ, PCFs, manufacturing specifications, technical data document collection and filing for all products under wholesaler.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applicable wholesaler’s new and current items.

· Reviews labels, finished product, specifications, and manufacturing specifications for ingredient accuracy for applicable wholesaler’s new and current items.

· Create and manage QQs for LEF Europe , Finished Product Specification packets, and destruction requests for wholesalers.

· Assists QA management in providing technical and research support for foreign product registration.

· Reviews and maintains all formula data in product database (PIC).

· Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

· Assists with data entry to PIC, WEGMANS, WERCS, LEF Europe and all other wholesaler projects as needed

· Provides support in the review and approval of written materials and technical documents such as QQ, CoAs and LEF Europe finish goods document package.

· Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this position

· Additional duties as needed

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in science related field; 2 years of dietary supplement experience or equivalent

· Ability to interact with associates on all levels and communicate effectively across several functional areas

· Strong organization skills and detail oriented

· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

· Ability to translate highly technical information so it is understandable for the target audience
