Purpose: The Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) was created and designed to offer our communities a pipeline of In-House Agency employees. The SST Program is designed to ensure consistent care and staffing for our Residents. The SST Programs sole purpose is to help in removing/eliminating agency usage/costs across our communities.

Your Contribution:

• SST members will be expected to work a monthly minimum of a scheduled sixty (60) hours.
• SST members may not work more than one hundred and ten (110) hours per month.
• SST members are required to work one weekend shift every month and will be expected of all SST associates and two (2) holidays per year (one (1) spring/summer and one (1) fall/winter)
• SST positions are classified as PRN, no set schedule will exist after the first sixty (60) hours; no benefits will be provided beyond voluntary participation in LEC’s 403(b) Retirement Plan. Current PRN associates will continue in the PRN classification; they will NOT be considered part of the Supplemental Staffing Team unless they apply for and are accepted into that position.
• SST shifts are subject to reassignment or cancellation on the same date/time, based on the needs of the organization.
• SST members must be willing to work any assignment in the community – team members will be the first to be reassigned with occupancy changes or change in schedule for the day
