Mission for Associate Chiropractor

To add a caring, proficient and skilled chiropractor to our growing chiropractic & acupuncture clinic. To help our practice grow from 200 to 300 patient visits per week in an upbeat, state of the art facility.

Associate doctor requirements

• Increase overall patient volume from 200 to 300 patient visits per week
• Ability to adjust and treat 50-60 patients per day comfortably and confidently
• Ability to treat soft tissue injuries with Graston, FAKTR, Connect TX or any other instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques
• Ability to take and analyze digital x-rays
• Ability to read and interpret MRIs
• Ability to communicate in basic chiropractic Spanish with patients
• Be coachable with staff and head doctor
• Have good writing skills to be able to write narratives, appeals, and letters of medical necessity for insurance companies
• Be competent using electronic medical records and computers
• Ability to discuss insurance benefits with patients
• Must possess flexibility, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability and willingness to educate patients on healthcare
• Ability to network with physicians, attorneys and local businesses

Salary and Benefits

• 50.00 to 60.00 per hour depending on experience

• Health Insurance offered through Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield Omnia Silver:
• 50% after 1 year of full employment
• 75% after 2.0 years of employment
• 100% after 3.0 years of employment
• Comprehensive Training will be provided by Dr. Alex Hernandez and Staff

Monday

7:40 am – 12:40 pm

2 Hour Lunch

2:40 pm – 7:40 pm= 10.00 hours

Tuesday

2:30 pm - 8:00 pm = 5.50 hours

Wednesday

2:30 pm – 8:00 pm= 5.50 hours

Thursday

7:40 am – 12:40 pm

2 Hour Lunch

2:40 pm – 7:40 pm= 10.00 hours

Friday OFF

Saturday ( 3-4 times per month)

8:00 am – 1:00 pm- 5.00 hours

Approximate Hours Per Week: 36.00 hours per week

Extra shifts available if desired

Business/Professional Development activities:

Ø Attend post grad technique or business seminars such as ANJC, NYSCA, North East College of Science post grad, Harvard Medical School Training 1 time per quarter
