Intake Specialist

The Legal Intake Specialist in an estate planning law firm is a principally remote position. The Intake Specialist introduces potential clients to the services and opportunities of the firm. The Intake Specialist supports attorneys with the marketing and recruitment events and provides follow up and outreach to the potential clients requiring local travel.

The Legal Intake Specialist manages the metrics of the workshop and leads.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using document management systems and data entry software

- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Excellent oral and communication skills
