Job Description:

As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food orders to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering food orders accurately and promptly to guests in designated areas, ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborating closely with kitchen and service staff to coordinate food delivery and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to fulfilling guest needs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 pounds.
