• This position is responsible for the daily operations of the retail store.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintain and ensure security of all company property and equipment.
• Fill in for staff during absences.
• Learn daily store operations include sorting donations, pricing and displaying products, maintaining sales records, and processing clothing requisitions.
• Supervise employees.
• Ensure quality control standards.
• Complete required training with employees.
• Learn to re-fill propane tanks.
• Ensure the store is always clean as well as orderly.
• Maintain records of sales, voided sales, coupons, and clothing vouchers.
• Complete daily reports as required.
• Develop weekly staff schedules as well as monitoring and approving electronic timesheets.
• Train and supervise 4-20 staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Valid Ohio driver’s license and be able to meet driving standards.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have prior retail management and cashier experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to Multitask.
• Provide exceptional customer service as well as be the example for staff to follow.
• Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen, credit and background check.
• Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
