Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, holistic care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey. This position requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and record patient medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide care and support for patients in hospice settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques

-Documentation must be completed 24-48 hours from visit

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in California
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive to patient locations.

Pay: $75.00 per hour
