ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of Graduate Life programming through research, event planning/facilitation and administrative projects.

• Take meeting minutes and communicate action items promptly after assigned meetings.

• Monitor and post on Graduate Life platforms.

• Organize and inventory departmental promotional materials.

• Maintain departmental email inbox.

• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS

Minimum Qualifications

• Acceptance/enrollment in an LU graduate program.

• Sustained GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout graduate degree program.

• Understanding of issues related to the graduate off-campus living experience.

• Demonstrated ability to present and teach to small and large audiences.

• Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Degree concentration in higher education or leadership.

• 1-2 years of student leadership experience.

• Previous teaching experience.
