Liberty Turned Components, Milan, MI location is looking to hire qualified candidates for open machine operator position. Successful candidates will be responsible for running Multi Spindle lathes at a proficient level for 10 hour shifts 4 days per week. Overtime is also occasionally available on Friday's. Night Shift is also available with a 10% wage premium.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain high quality standards of the finished product (using frequent inspection utilizing SPC system)

-Restock the machines with bar stock material.

-Responsible for general maintenance of the machines (checking oil levels, monitoring tool wear, etc)

-Meet daily production requirements (70% efficiency minimum)

Qualifications:

- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience

-The ability to lift 50lbs

-Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
