In this role, you will…

• Call on customers to schedule closings to include lenders, borrowers and notary

• Verify signature requirements
• Spend majority of workday on telephone
• Update payoff amounts as needed
• Confirm taxes have been paid as needed
• Work with Title Clearers to confirm Title Cleared to Close before scheduling
• Update calendars and schedule meetings/closings as needed
• Conduct closing confirmation with notary and advise lender

You possess …

• A High School Diploma.
• The ability to comfortably spend an extensive amount of time on the telephone.
• Previous experience in title industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage daily workload in SoftPro Software.
• Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to review closing packages for accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and multitask daily workload.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Working knowledge of real estate title and closings preferred.
