In this role, you will...

• Process and review all closing related documentation.
• Preparation of Post Closing Documents for Purchase & Refinance transactions to be sent out to Lenders/Realtors.
• Recording of Purchase & Refinance Deed/Deed of Trust through SimpliFile e-recording service
• Distribution of Recorded Documents to Lenders and/or Buyers once received back from County/City
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Review all documentation for 100% accuracy.
• Keep current with our products/services, our industry and competitors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You possess…

• A High School Diploma
• Previous Post Closer Experience Preferred.
• Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and multitask daily workload.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Ability to work collectively with the administration/facilities team associates.
