Role Responsibilities

- Maintaining all plant and rolling stock equipment
- Executing preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensuring overall equipment reliability
- Troubleshooting equipment-related issues safely and efficiently
Qualifications Required
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, project management, and problem-solving
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocol implementation
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
