Position Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining all industrial equipment at the plant site. This includes installing/repairing mechanical equipment, conveyor belt equipment, fabricating and welding. The individual must be able to demonstrate proficiency in gearbox rebuilding, equipment alignment, welding and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems

Schedule: (Average 50-60 hours per work week)
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 3:30am-1:30pm ( 1st shift schedule works Saturday as well)
- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-1:00am
Salary:
- $25-30 per hour (Based on Experience)
- $3000 Sign on Bonus
- Bi-Weekly Pay Incentive up to $225
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
- Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability.
- Physical dexterity.
- Must be able to follow and adhere to all applicable OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
- Must be able to utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
- Complete and submit proper documentation related to the status and time spent on machine issues and repairs
