The Position: We are looking for a Product Manager of Industrial Wire to coordinate customer and field sales communication, support the Sales Manager of Industrial Wire, and act as a Customer Service Representative for Industrial Wire, which includes customer contact, order entry, follow-up, and claims resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers to assist with the industrial wire sales process.
• Handle customer assistance, order entry, new product set-up, customer communication, expediting orders.
• Work with QA and Production Control to ensure products are set up accurately in our system.
• Work closely with Production on a daily/weekly basis to ensure that correct procedures are being followed, potential problems/delays are avoided and actual problems are identified and the appropriate corrective action is taken to satisfy the customer's expectations.
• Meet daily with Shipping, Bundling, Mid Mill Production and Scheduling to line up the immediate order shipments and identify any potential delinquencies.
• Work to move potential delinquencies into a position where they will ship on time.
• Prepare, review and update the industrial wire report, monthly and annual industrial wire forecasts and baler wire forecast.
• Prepare and review all claims.
• Assist in the development of procedures that will help identify repeating claims.
• Ensure that Liberty's industrial wire products meet our internal standards, as well as those requested by our customers.
• Maintain ISO programs.
• Monitor product attributes (finish, tolerances, etc.) to make sure they are being made to internal and external standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and one to two years of related experience
• In lieu of a degree, five to ten years of experience would be considered
• Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software, with particular attention to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes
• Must be capable of learning how to use the Prism system

PAY RANGE: $56,825 - $71,031

Discretionary Target Bonus: 12%
