The Position:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the development of Red Brand marketing strategies and assist in brand awareness.

PAY RANGE: $56,825-$71,031

DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS OF 12%

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on rival products, consumer trends, and buying behaviors.
• Design and implement marketing plans for Red Brand products.
• Work with sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Answer client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Transition into client relations.
• Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Create and present sales performance reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/ communications.
• 2 years of marketing experience.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Project Management and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
