The Position: We are looking for motivated individuals to become an MTM (Maintenance Technician Mechanical) within our maintenance team. This is a multi-craft position. An an MTM, you must have Journeyman level millwright skills, rigger welder skills, and have basic pipefitting skills. You will become a part of the United Steelworkers Union.

Required Qualifications Include:

• Ability to pass the MTM Ramsay Test - proctored onsite at Liberty Steel Georgetown
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Weekend/Holiday availability (premium rates apply!)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Positive, team-oriented mentality

Additional Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Experience in an industrial environment
• Passionate learner
• Motivation to take on challenges

Pay rate: $28 - $32.50/hour
