Liberty Software is seeking a creative, team-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist . The Marketing Specialist will be expected to become an expert on the company’s products, overall strategy, as well as its past, present, and vision for the future.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in the creation and execution of marketing activities for the Liberty Software brand. This role will also deliver content to websites, publishers, coordinate with marketing agencies, and assist with scheduling and coordinating all aspects of Liberty’s media purchases, online strategy, social presence, and trade shows. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with an eye for details and an ability to create attention-grabbing designs and materials.

Job responsibilities include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Design visuals and graphics for diverse marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, landing pages, and video content.
• Utilize HTML and CSS to develop effective webpages.
• Craft compelling website content and copy tailored for optimal SEO performance in WordPress.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales department to gauge the effectiveness of marketing efforts through analytics tools such as HubSpot, translating insights into strategies.
• Foster relationships with external marketing agencies and partners, coordinating seamless collaboration to maximize campaign impact.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of trade show exhibits, marketing campaigns, and internal events, lending creative expertise to ensure their success.
• Create and communicate branding guidelines and assist in protecting the integrity of the Liberty Software brand.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of both the independent pharmacy sector and Liberty Software's unique procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field and three to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or related applications, as well as experience creating marketing copy and managing website content using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Must also be able to work independently and collaboratively as needed. Must work well under pressure and demonstrate patience, diplomacy, a high stress tolerance, and an adaptability to changing conditions. Must be able to occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 lbs. Must have current and valid driver's license.
