Liberty Retirement Community of Lima is Hiring a Dietary Manager Near Lima, OH
You're not just cooking, you're managing a staff of caring individuals to provide a bright spot in the days of our residents through creative food preparation and presentation.
Requirements for this position include a kind and caring heart, the ability to manage, mentor and motivate employees. You will also be held accountable for daily, weekly and monthly budgets, oversee all ordering and inventory control and work closely with the facility's dietician to ensure the health and happiness of each resident. A Certified Dietary Manager credential is preferred, but a willingness to attain in one year is acceptable. Must be ServSafe certified.
